RULES, REGULATIONS, & DISCLAIMERS REGARDING CLIENT & GUEST BEHAVIOR:

The requirements of the client(s) are the following:

To make sure that no person attending the party inflicts any physical harm on our performers  / that no person attending the party causes any damage to our costumes whatsoever.  Children must be highly supervised so that they also do not cause any damage to or dirty our costumes.

To make sure that no person attending the party heckles, harasses, mistreats or abuses our performers in any way. If anyone does any of this at the party / event, we reserve the right to stop performing and leave. In such a case, the client(s) forfeit(s) the cost of their booking us.

If the client(s) or any of the client's guests cause physical injury to an of our performers and / or damages any of our costumes, the client must be responsible for the medical and / or costume repair / replacement costs if the repairs needed are extensive.

RULES & CONDITIONS REGARDING CHANGING AREAS. PUBLIC PARKS, BATHROOMS, & CHANGING / TAKING BREAKS IN PUBLIC VIEW:

These general messages address the issues of proper changing and break areas for our performers that we insist all clients must provide:

We do ask that we are provided with an area spacious enough (with decent ventilation) to change into and out of our costumes (and take occasional "breather breaks" to get some air now and then for the sake of our health and physical well-being and to avoid possible suffocation and possible heat stroke / heat exhaustion) where we will be hidden from everyone except the client(s).

BATHROOMS:

If a client's party / event is held in a public park, (there are also cases listed below concerning private home parties as well) the client MUST still keep to one of the specific conditions in our agreement that they provide a spacious and private area hidden from all guests (except for the clients themselves) and the public where we can change into and out of our costumes and take our mini "breather breaks" in (to avoid suffocation, heat exhaustion, and heat stroke for our mascot character performers).

A public bathroom does NOT count as such a changing or break area. The reasons for this are:

In public bathrooms, we are forced to put our heads and costumes down on a dirty, unsanitary floor.

Too many people from both our clients party and the general public are constantly walking in and out of public bathrooms, and we will have no privacy and be seen. This is extremely embarrassing for us and forces us to sacrifice our professionalism. Also, in a lot of cases, clients' guests' will run out and tell others in the party or in the area that the characters are present. This ruins the surprise entrance, and it also leaves us vulnerable to being mobbed by the general public who are NOT guests of the client's party.

People in the area - both guests of the client and the  rest of the general public always pound on the bathroom stall doors (if there is an available stall) and pressure and rush our performers to hurry out of the stalls. This causes us immense pressure and makes it even MORE difficult to change quickly, as we tend to start fumbling as we get changed due to attempting to rush for the sake of the impatient people.

This is also the case with private bathrooms in clients' homes. Their guests will still be pounding on the doors for us to hurry and get out, and the surprise will be ruined, and it is very unprofessional to be seen coming out of a bathroom as these characters PERIOD.

And, due to all the above reasons, we cannot take our proper "breather breaks", so we are far more susceptible to suffocation, heat exhaustion, and heat stroke, because we do not have the proper privacy to take the heads off to breathe in front of other people.

TENTS:

Some clients have little tents put up, but most of these are not the types of tents that provide privacy. We will still be seen changing and taking our mascot heads off in front of everyone. This, too, is unacceptable. The only sort of tents that would work would be enclosed tents.

CARS & STREETS:

Cars and other vehicles (with the exceptions of large vans, RV's, buses, and trailers) are not proper changing / "breather break" options either. This forces us to be seen out in public by everyone on that street. It provides no privacy and also forces us to sacrifice our professionalism. Cars (again the other 4 types of vehicles mentioned above as exceptions) do not have enough room to change into those types of costumes, and this forces us to have to change out on the streets in front of everyone. This, too, is unacceptable.

So, we must insist that the clients find another solution that adheres to the condition in our agreement. This might mean that a client or someone the client appoints may have to take us from and back to the nearest private home to change and take our mini breaks. Whatever the solution is, there must BE a solution. For all the reasons above, we cannot and will not change or take our necessary breaks in public or private bathrooms, open tents, in non-spacious vehicles, or out on any streets.

We also ask that, after the party, our clients share some photos (and video footage if any video is used) of their liking that we can use to put on our public pages to help continue to  provide visual proof to future clients that we do indeed entertain at these parties and events.

Regarding tips, we do ask that we be allowed to accept them if guests wish to leave any of their own free will as further appreciation of our appearance. Tips from anyone are optional. If the clients wish to tip us, the best time for that is right after the party after we've changed out of our costumes and back into our regular clothes, but before we leave. We ask that if a client does tip, that he / she gives the tip discreetly to only the person in charge of the group. That person will evenly and fairly divide the tips up among everyone else after returning home.

We will also bring extra business cards in case clients would like to pass them on to their guests.

Thank You For Your Understanding & Cooperation

Thanks For Visiting!
