Listed prices do not reflect any temporary sales we may have going on at any particular time. To get the total, final amounts with sale discounts applied when we do have sales going on, please contact us directly for any amounts reflecting the temporary sales, etc..

The Hosts / Emcees usually need to be our own choice, though, based on availability – unless specifically requested at least one month in advance. Otherwise, we will try our best to book the Host character of your particular choice, but we cannot guarantee their availability if it is less than a month in advance.

Our mascot characters, due to their costume / head restrictions (restricted vision, hearing, speaking ability, and general movement), cannot host, announce, or lead any activities, etc., on their own. They can only participate as much as their costumes will allow them to, or, in some cases, cheer the guests on during the activities. But they cannot host or lead them.

If clients do not choose to book one of our Hosts / Emcees, then they or guests from their party / event must then perform those duties themselves. Those duties include:

Announcing our characters as they enter / Announcing all activities and breaks our characters may need plus their return / Hosting / Leading children’s games, etc., etc..

As just a character handler, those performers who would otherwise have been Hosts / Emcees, will then provide no entertainment value to the party / event unless they ARE also a Host / Emcee. If a client does NOT book our Host / Emcee AND does NOT host activities and games themselves, either, then we are not to be held at all responsible for not providing the games and activities. In that case, the games and activities will then not be a part of our deal with that particular client. This means that, under those particular circumstances, we are then not to be held responsible for, blamed for, or complained to or about for not providing the games and activities. So, as you may see, a party or event without one of our Hosts lacks that extra “something” in the overall entertainment experience. That is why most of our clients do book our Host performers and why we do highly recommend booking them.

As for our Artists, our Balloon Artists and Caricature Artists are not available without at least one month’s advance notice, and, thus, cannot be booked for any party or event under less than one month’s notice. Only our Face Painter Artists are readily available at all times.

For party / event locations that are more than one hour’s drive from our base (the Greater Hollywood area), Gas Fund Fees must apply.

Gas Fund Fee:

$30.00 per extra hour of travel

We are based in Los Angeles, California, USA. We are more than willing and very happy to travel anywhere within town, state, country, and even internationally. This is provided, of course, that all of our travel costs, expenses, and travel time compensation are fully covered by the client(s).
